Who Centered Business Serves

We offer products and services only for yoga studio owners.

Most Centered Business clients and customers are studio owners, and most of those studios are yoga studios. These are studio owners that either have their own studio space, offer private sessions by traveling to client locations, or are planning to start a yoga studio. Traditionally, yoga studios have been few and far between. These days there are thousands and thousands of yoga studios that didn't even exist a few years ago.

My clients typically possess outstanding yoga and teaching skills, and a passion for their practice that really shines.

The expertise they do NOT possess is how to run a yoga studio successfully. Do any of the following fit your situation?

  • You are new to owning a studio and don't have much business experience. You've just received your certification and you want to start your own studio, but you're not sure where to start on your own.

  • You have tried a lot of things to making your studio successful, without much to show for it. You've tried advertising, joined local groups, offered free classes, given talks at local businesses, but clients are not lining up at your door. Should you just wait and be patient or try something else new?

  • You have been in business awhile but your energy and passion for the studio is draining away. It is not unusual to hit a plateau in your energy momentum for your work, for your passion to fizzle out... and it shows up in your business results. What used to work isn't stimulating you anymore, and you wonder if you can re-ignite your spark back to the level it was when you started?

  • You have a built-in aversion to the business side of your studio. This is more common than you think. You started your studio so you can share your passion with others, not do the books, market yourself, chase clients, or sweep the floor. You may think you are not the business type and could never make it work, and you'd much rather hand the whole thing over to someone else and trust they know what they are doing.

  • You have a successful studio and you want to do better. You appreciate your success so far, but realize you could be doing a whole lot better and reach a lot more clients. you feel unsure how to take your studio to the next level, to expand to that point. You are interested in new strategies and approaches to apply to your studio to sustain this new growth.

If one or more of these apply to you, please read on because you are in the right place and there's help for you here.
